Happy New Year Eagan Baseball Families!

See below for this week's update.

Player Store

THE PLAYER STORE IS HERE!

The player store will be open until 11:59pm on Tuesday, January 22nd. Don't miss this deadline! Click below to get to the online player store.

My Team Shop (bsnteamsports.com)

ALL players should buy two Game Day polos (blue and grey), two practice shirts (blue and grey), and practice shorts. If players have these items that fit from past years, they do not need to buy new.

Players on 9th and 10th grade teams will need to provide their own game pants: white pants with royal blue piping on the side. These can be knicker or long style. They do not need to be the ones in the player store, as long as they are white with royal blue piping on the side, in good condition.

JV players should have pants that they can use for practice, as only game pants will be provided to them. Varsity players will be provided with game pants and practice pants.

Jerseys and game hats will be provided for all teams. (Yes, we do have hats in hand already!!)

For all players who meet the 25 raffle ticket minimum, there is a $75.00 credit that can be used one time for purchase of any items in the store. These can be used for required items or optional gear. It is up to families to decide how they would like to use this credit. Any cost beyond the $75.00 credit will be the responsibility of each family. If your player has met the 25 ticket minimum, please enter the following coupon code at check out:

WILDCATS4614

Please note that vouchers are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it is shown.

We will be verifying use of this code with player ticket sales once the ticket sales are complete. Any player/family who uses the $75.00 credit without meeting the minimum ticket sales (25) will be asked to reimburse the booster club $75.00.

THIS IS THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO BUY THESE PLAYER ITEMS THIS YEAR!

Captain's Practices

If you have not signed your player up yet, please do so ASAP using the link here  (Please put the player's name in the comments when signing up).  Practices will run through 3/9/2025 with the exception of no practice on 2/9/2025.

Schedule:

  • 5:00 - 6:00: 9th &10th Grade Players
  • 6:00 - 7:00: 11th & 12th Grade Players, as well as returning JV/Varsity players
If a player cannot attend in their designated hour, they can practice with the other group.

The fee for Captain's Practices will be based on how many players sign up. This will likely be around $125/player to cover costs.

Diamond Club Raffle

Sales are underway!  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and without the support of our players, their families and our community, our program would not be what it is today.  We appreciate your support in encouraging your player to sell their raffle tickets!

Please remind your player that these are to be treated as cash with all sold and unsold tickets needing to be returned at the end of the sales period. Raffle ticket numbers are tracked by player both at distribution and turn in time.  If your player needs another pack of tickets, please Contact Jenny Williams at 612-237-0035

Tickets are $20 each.  All players are expected to sell at least 25 tickets each and there are incentives for high sellers (see below).  In addition, all players who sell their first packet of 25 tickets will receive a $75 credit (see below) to the upcoming player store to use toward any items they wish, including the required player packs or an assortment of additional, optional merchandise selected by Coach Butler specifically for the players.

Click Here for a flyer that can be used to help with sales.

The raffle ticket drawing will take place at the March 12th Booster Meeting at Eagan Arms at 7:00pm. Winners do not need to be present to win.

  • Due to the size of some of the prizes, gift cards in the amount of the prize will be given for certain prizes - this way you can sell to people who do not live locally.
  • Packet turn-in date: Sunday, February 23 – players will hand in sold tickets (stubs), funds for all sold tickets, and return all unsold tickets. Player name should be written on the outside of the envelope.
  • The expectation is that each and every player sells 25 tickets.  There are special incentives available to those players that achieve sales over 35 or more tickets sold.
    • 35+ tickets sold earns a $50 Visa GC
    • 45+ tickets sold earns a $75 Visa GC
    • 55+ tickets sold earns a $100 Visa GC
  • Need more tickets or have questions? Please Contact Jenny Williams at 612-237-0035
