EHS Baseball News 

Fall Salt Sales
We're in the final days of our fall softener salt fundraiser! Thank you for all of the effort so far - let's keep it up & finish strong!  The sale ends on 10/18.  As a reminder, all new & returning players are expected to sell a minimum of 50 bags with incentives for those that sell more. 

• Players who sell 75+ bags will receive a $50 Visa gift card.
• Players who sell 100+ bags will receive a $75 Visa gift card.
• Players who sell 125+ bags (aka Top Dog Seller) will receive a $100 Visa gift card.

Submitting & Finalizing The Order:

• All orders must be entered into TheOrderBuddy website by 10/18 at 6pm. Click here for TheOrderBuddy link for this season's sales.
• Payment must be turned in by 10/18 at 8pm.  Payment must clearly list player's name & total # of bags sold. Please double check that the total payment matches the payment due in TheOrderBuddy. 
• There are 2 options for submitting payment.
  • 1st & preferred option: Send one Venmo for all funds to @EaganBaseballBoosters
  • 2nd option: Drop off check at the home of Jack Tsahalis (Treasurer) made out to EHS Baseball Boosters.
    • There will be a box on Jack's front porch for checks.

Salt Pick Up:
We have moved the dates for the player salt pick up to 11/16 & 11/17.  
Pick up will be at the Eagan Home Depot with the times tbd.  Players are expected to pick up their order during one of the pick up times. If you are unable to pick up your salt during these times & are unable to find someone to pick it up on your behalf, please email eaganbaseballboosters@gmail.com.  

Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers for both board positions as well as other volunteer roles. It's a fun group and a great way to get involved. If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to any of the current board members or by email at eaganbaseballboosters@gmail.com.

We've also created a SignUp Genius for those interested in helping on any of our 3 committees for the upcoming season.  The 3 committees are:

1. Win With the Wildcats: Assist with our community sponsorship program.
2. Youth and Community Day: Assist with planning and day-of events for our April community day.
3. Special Events: Assist with organizing and day-of needs for Senior Day, First Pitch Dinner, end-of-season banquets and parties.

Last Call for Uniforms
If you have a player from this past season, please check that they've returned their game jersey(s) as some still have not been returned. All players/grades/teams must return uniforms and must do so by 10/15.  After this date, it will be the player's responsibility to have them professionally cleaned and returned so that we can have them ready to go for next season. Please reach out to eaganbaseballboosters@gmail.com to arrange drop off.
