EHS Baseball News Week of April 21, 2024
 

Thank you to all who came for the fun and to support the Wildcats at Youth & Community Day! It was a great turnout as fans bundled up to enjoy the day & see the Cats beat Grand Rapids.  Thank you to all of the volunteers who contributed to make this event a success; we are fortunate to have such an awesome community!

In addition to the games and youth events, we were honored and proud to have former Wildcat Ty Hawes join us to throw out the ceremonial first pitch. Ty was critically injured in the line of duty as a Fargo, ND police officer and we were thrilled to have him in attendance and to show him some Wildcat pride.


Softener Salt Pickup:

Softener salt pickup is this weekend, 4/27 & 4/28.  Players are expected to help with loading salt into vehicles based on their assigned team. Families can pick up their player's order on whatever day works best.

9th & 10th:
Saturday, 4/27, from 9:30 - 12:00

JV & Varsity:
Sunday, 4/28, from 9:30 - 12:00

Pick up will be behind the building due the nursery being open & busy. People will need to pull in from the west, load their vehicle and exit out the east side.  We could use another parent to help oversee the pick up, please reach out to Jeff Thome @ JeffThome34@gmail.com if you're able to help one or both days.

If you are unable to pick up your salt order this weekend during either of those times, please contact JeffThome34@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

Booster Dues:

Booster dues of $150 per player were due at the First Pitch Dinner. If you have not paid your player's dues, please submit payment via Venmo - click here to access the Eagan Baseball Boosters Venmo account. If you need to pay by another method, please send an email to EaganBaseballBoosters@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

 

Games:

We have a busy week ahead with lots of games!  The South Suburban Conference page has up-to-date game schedule information and is linked on our webpage and by clicking here .  The schedule is also available via the Activity Scheduler app.  Tuesday & Thursday Varsity games will be televised on ETV.  Searching Eagan TV on YouTube is where you will find these broadcasts closer to game time.
