Fall and Winter Baseball Workout Options

The physical and mental results our players have seen from off-season strength programs has been incredible over the past years.  It highly recommended that if baseball players do not play other fall / winter sports that they actively participate in a weight room program.

Two options are available for our Wildcat baseball players / families to consider.  Eagan Trained (in EHS weight room) and MASH Performance baseball.

 Option#1:

MASH Performance Started November 2!!!
MASH Performance is looking forward to another winter with the EHS Wildcats. MASH Performance strength coaches will lead athletes through speed and strength workouts to get players ready for the 2024 high school season.  This is an OPTIONAL program for EHS baseball athletes.

Beginning Thursday, November 2nd, MASH will train EHS athletes from 3-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays through March.  Training will begin at the Eagan MASH facility at 2015 Silver Bell Road, Suite 100, Eagan.  Beginning January 1st, training will move to the new MASH Savage Campus (next to Savage City Hall).  To allow players extra time to get to the new campus, training will begin at 3:15pm after the new year.

Below is a link for players to register.  The cost is $145/month for the 2x week group training.

Eagan Wildcat Training

Option #2:

EAGAN TRAINED at EHS Weight Room

Eagan trained is an after school program in the Eagan Weight Room  after school (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM) to work with student athletes on the right program for them.  For more information visit the Eagan Trained website:  https://www.eaganwildcats.org/ehstrained
