To participate in a high school sport, an active physical must be on file with the High School.

To see the date of the sports physical on file, go to your Campus Parent Portal, click [More] and then click [Athletic Physical].  Please know that the MN High School League considers sports physicals "valid" for 3-years from the date seen.

Incoming 9th graders, sport physicals do transfer from Middle School to High School; they do not transfer from youth associations (i.e. EAA).
