How to register

Registration for Fall Sports starts July 24th

You will need to create a new username and password.

Physicals can be delivered to EHS as they are required for registration, but no sport specific registration will occur until July 24.  

 

All athletes must complete the following in order to participate in tryouts or practices:  

 

1)  Have an updated physical on file in the EHS Activities Office.  The date of your sports physical on file can be found in your Campus Parent Portal under Athletics.  New or updated physical forms can be  mailed, emailed to sherri.anderson@district196.org   or faxed to 651-683-6910.  All current physicals must be dated with in the past 3 years.

2)  Register on EduTrak prior to your sport start date or tryout start date.  Fees are to be paid at the beginning of each activity season.


Student Fee Cap

A $385 cap for participation fees (Fine Arts and Athletics) is set per individual student per school year. Fees for intramurals and fall dance do not apply toward the cap. Fees will be automatically waived for foreign exchange students and students qualifying for Educational Benefits.

$149 - All 9th grade athletes and all middle school participants

Educational Benefits

If you are enrolled in the  Educational Benefits  program  (formerly free/reduced lunch) when registering your student in EduTrak for activities or athletics and your fees will be automatically adjusted.

Refunds

If a student quits an activity within seven calendar days, the fee will be refunded. If a student switches sports and there is a difference in fees, the difference will be refunded or the student will be asked to pay the difference.  After 7 calendar days, refunds will be given using the athletic director's discretion (injury, relocation of family, etc.)
